Engineering the marine energy transition

Traditional marine
expertise.
Modern systems.

Isca captures vessels and marine structures with survey-grade 3D laser scanning, then engineers the change on data you can trust — through to delivery on site.

The tide doesn’t stop at Devon. Neither do we.

How We Work

Capture the as-built.
Engineer the change. Deliver it.

Where every project starts 01 / CAPTURE

Survey & Digital Twin

Survey-grade 3D laser scanning and digital twin capture. Accurate, dimensionally reliable as-built data — under scaffold, in confined spaces, on the water.

02 / ENGINEER

Engineering

Naval architecture, marine engineering, electrification and hybrid power — designed on the captured data, not on assumptions or outdated drawings.

03 / DELIVER

Delivery

Retrofit supervision, systems integration, FAT/SAT and commissioning support. We stay on the job from data capture through to a working result.

Lead Capability

Survey &
Digital Twin

Most marine projects begin with drawings that no longer match the vessel. We start by capturing what’s actually there — survey-grade 3D laser scanning that turns a vessel or structure into an accurate, measurable digital twin.

That data de-risks everything downstream: stability work, modifications, system installs, retrofits. Measure once, engineer with confidence.

Our Approach

Why It Works

01

Data First

Engineering decisions made on measured reality, not assumptions. Fewer surprises in the yard.

02

One Provider

Capture, engineering and delivery under one roof. No handoffs, no gaps between disciplines.

03

Commercially Aware

Accurate data cuts time in dry dock — the most expensive place a vessel can sit.

04

On The Tools

We don’t hand over a report and leave. We see the work through to a working result.

Global Reach

The Asset Doesn’t
Come to Us.

We go to the asset. Survey and engineering work is, by its nature, wherever the vessel or structure actually is — under scaffold, alongside, or in the water. So Isca is built to travel.

From a base in Devon, Isca mobilises to vessels, ports and offshore sites wherever the work calls for it — across the UK and internationally. The scanner, the survey and the engineering judgement go on-site; the digital twin comes back.
